- Enabling third-party cookies
Sintel Forms require third-party cookies to be allowed on your browser. Although most browsers have this option enabled by default, you might have to adjust their configuration in some cases. Below are the steps required to enable third-party cookies on different browsers:
iOS Mobile (Safari)
Open your Settings.
Scroll down and select “Safari”.
Under Privacy & Security, turn off “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking” and “Block All Cookies”.
MS Edge
Click the three dots button from the top-right menu.
Select “Settings”.
Select “Site Permissions”, then “Cookies and site data”.
Uncheck the “Block third-party cookies” option.
Internet Explorer
Click the gear icon from the top-right menu.
Select “Internet options”.
Hit the “Privacy” tab, click the “Advanced” button.
Make sure that both Third-Party and First-Party Cookies are set to “Accept”.
Google Chrome
Select the Chrome menu icon (three dots).
Select Settings.
Search for “cookies”, and select the “Cookies and other site data” option.
Select “Allow all cookies” or “Block third-party cookies in Incognito”.
Firefox
Click the menu button located on the top right.
Go to “Options”.
In “Privacy – Security”, select the “Standard” option.
