Workflow emails not being received by distribution lists or mail-enabled security groups
Workflow-related emails are not being received by distribution lists or mail-enabled security groups.
If you want a Sintel Forms to be able to send emails to a distribution list or mail-enabled security group you must first ensure that they are configured to accept emails from external users. This is because emails sent to these come from email@example.com.
Configuring this in the Exchange admin center of Office 365 is pretty easy. Simply open the Exchange admin center and select the relevant distribution list or mail-enabled security group and change its setting to enable it to receive email from external users by selecting “Senders inside and outside of my organization“
